Performance lifestyle was a little-known idea that originally emerged in the world of elite athletics. It began as a personalized support service designed to help athletes’ sustain their training and win in their sport and sync up their sporting and non-sporting lives. By bringing both aspects into alignment, athletes saw improvement in their health, well-being, and athletic performance.
Unlike pro athletes, most of us don’t have the necessary information, education, and support – training, or coaching to optimize the way we live. Performance Lifestyle, Inc. was founded to make lifestyle training and support available to everyday achievers in life and business who want to live with optimal energy levels, for peak health and performance.
We are a group of people committed to living authentically, from the very best part of ourselves that gives rise to flow and living in the zone. We value a balanced and healthy approach to achieving our goals, and we practice what we preach. Can I still practice a Performance Lifestyle even though I am not a sports athlete?
Absolutely! The world of elite athletics inspired performance Lifestyle, but it applies to everyone. We are all athletes, [ insert your type here ] — athlete. I.e., spiritual athlete, corporate athlete, parental athlete, sports athlete… in the sense that we must all manage our energy and live our lives like pros if we cant to achieve our goals, whether on or off the field.
Successful sports athletes are highly visible members of our society. But being a mom or dad, a driven business professional, an entrepreneur, or an executive also requires Performance Lifestyle training if you want to sustain and succeed without constant tiredness, burnout, prematurely wearing yourself out, and with your health wellbeing intact.
What is the science behind a Performance Lifestyle?
Each principle and practice of Performance Lifestyle is based on peer-reviewed research and scientific studies and practical sense with anecdotal logic when scientific research isn’t available.
The science we draw upon includes evolutionary biology, bioenergetics, personal energy management, mindfulness and meditation, human performance, positive, narrative psychology, CBT—cognitive behavioral therapy, high nutrient density nutrition, functional fitness, lifestyle performance and optimization, goal achievement, and more.
A Performance Lifestyle is based on scientific research of the most effective lifestyle strategies. However, skill applications can vary, as each person’s circumstances are different, and those circumstances can change.
I am constantly tired and burned out. Will a performance lifestyle help resolve that?
Addressing constant tiredness, burnout, and how to recover from fatigue is at the heart of living a Performance Lifestyle. It’s the reason why learning how to manage your energy like a pro is a primary objective in the Performance Lifestyle curriculum.
There is no aspect of a performance lifestyle that does not rely at least on a basic understanding of the science of energy, the energy principles, and core lifestyle practices. Manage Your Energy Like a Pro—the initial deep-dive course— is included in the Performance Lifestyle Blueprint.
So we are very sensitive to this condition, as it was this condition in our founder that inspired the development of Performance Lifestyle.
How long will it take me to complete Performance Lifestyle training?
Performance Lifestyle training is ongoing, and it depends on the degree to which you want to take what you learn from theory to practice to mastery, but a minimum of one year is essential. That’s why the platform for the Academy is called MyPL365.
You live the way you live 365 days a year.
To change, improve, and optimize the way you live, will take at least that amount of time. That’s also why (for those who need even more time—almost everyone) you maintain access year over year in the Academy.
That said, the Performance Lifestyle curriculum delivers a Year-In-The-Life, so you can fulfill your big purpose with monthly themes, weekly schedule, and daily habits that are doable by everyone. That cycle is 12 months.
During that time, you will also want to take Manage Your Energy Like a Pro©, a deep-dive course included in the Performance Lifestyle Blueprint. Other deep-dive courses will be made available for purchase, so don’t rush; get proficient.

Your training starts when you Join the Academy receive The Performance Lifestyle® Blueprint — Manage Your Energy Like a Pro. It explains How You Live a Balanced and Healthy High-Performance Lifestyle will walk you through access to MyPL365; all instructions about where and how you start are included.
Can I buy the Performance Lifestyle® Blueprint without the Training and Support?
Not at this time.
Frankly, the Blueprint is what you are primarily paying for when you Join the Academy. It’s the most valuable element as this is the never-before-assembled roadmap for living a balanced and healthy, high-performance lifestyle.
To implement it, you will also need inspiration, education, and support, along with time; and that’s why we provide this life training included.

How much time is performance lifestyle training daily?
Performance Lifestyle Training is all the time, as you are always in training, but actual baseline Academy time is only a matter of minutes per day and hours per month. It all depends on how committed to mastery you are. You can certainly spend more time learning if you wish.
You practice your training 365 days a year, and this “all in” ness, is much easier than anything less. 99% is much harder than 100%.
If I need personal help, can I apply for 1-on-1 coaching? If yes, how much is it?
Yes.
The Performance Lifestyle Academy’s MyPL365 platform facilitates training and coaching on a group basis. You will also be able to ask questions during office hours and relate genuinely with others in the community to give support and ask for help.
It is not one to one coaching where together we develop strategies for implementing what you learn into your lifestyle considering your present situation and circumstances. A Certified Performance Lifestyle Coach helps you in that way.
In MyPL365, you will see links to the JAM (Academy Founder) and Coaching on the left sidebar. Click that link, and it will take you to an application for coaching, at which point you will discuss pricing.

Does membership in the Academy expire?
Membership in the Performance Lifestyle® Academy does not expire.
Once you join the Academy, you will have access ongoing. This policy is essential, as changing, improving, and optimizing the way you live is not like eating a little bit healthier, or exercising a little bit more, or trying to get more sleep. It’s a complete upgrade to the way you live, and that takes time.
Positive results are immediate, but you probably need at least one year and up to 3 years to reap the big rewards.
That is if you want to resolve the hidden lifestyle challenges that distract and hold you back. You want to evolve with a new lifestyle mindset and skillset. You want to achieve even your most ambitious goals while living in balance with vibrant health and peace of mind; you will need time.
